Erin Wagner wakes one day amidst a brush of trees, she meets a cad called Venus but as she strokes her, the body breaks apart and soon Erin is attacked by vines and trees around her. She is awoken from trance inside of a medical research lab by her colleague – deluge Thing emerges from a test sample distribution and pins Erin down where he begins growing an anti-fugal grass through her body. He enters The green where he finds Erin and explains that because she self-administered the test drug, she had become susceptible to a new virus. Alec purges her consistency of the virus and burns the lab, telling Erin ‘s assistant to warn her when she wakes.

In the Gotham woods, several teenagers sit around a fire telling tales of the Gorehound who has gone around killing in those lapp woods. soon the teenagers begin dying and Batman investigates, quickly finding the shamble Gorehound is actually gagged beneath the mask and alternatively the fleeing girlfriend goes into a gas station toilet where Batman captures her and takes her to Arkham.

In Greece, tales of a siren stealing sailors are told to Wonder Woman. She travels to the cave and meets the Siren who tricks Diana and attempts to drown the goddess – the two battle submerged but Diana escapes and discovers one of the lacking sailors. She promises that the siren would not cause more trouble. In Norway, the Siren perches itself on the flinty cliff-side, akin to the Little Mermaid but poised to take its next victim.

Guy Gardner was taking some time off when his Lantern ring told him of an abandoned bottom however there were no signs of life aboard. He enters the ship to investigate but entirely finds zombified aliens – fighting his way through the passengers he discovers a green Lantern embedded into the machine and determined to complete his fledge. guy informs the Lantern that by delivering the ship he will cause more problems, and realising this the Lantern causes the ship to enter a self-destruct mode. Guy escapes but is harrowed by the feel before flying off to the adjacent mission.

In 19th Century Louisiana, a man tax return to his wife after three days away but he is possessed by Etrigan, the Demon. His wife seeks out the technical in demons, Jason Blood who – after serious convincing – relinquishes Etrigan from the husband ‘s body and allows the monster to possess him once again, though the devil does one last act in killing the conserve as he was an abuser and a drunkard.

Superman wakes from a nightmare afraid, he tells Lois that he does not feel comfortable sleeping near her while he feels this way though she reassures him. The adjacent night the demonic figure is more apparent but Clark uses his center beams to destroy a bedside postpone unintentionally.

The future night, the creature lurks over Lois but Superman counterreacts faster, revealing that they were not sleeping but merely pretending. nowadays the monster had no see – Superman realises that they are actually Xa-Du. Once Superman defeats him, he works on patching the holes in the Phantom Zone around the populace.

A Kuchisake-Onna has been stealing children overnight indeed the two stake out a child ‘s house for the monster, about immediately it shows its boldness to Jefferson and Katana bursts through the window but the monster escapes and goes to take the child, working together the Outsiders take the monster down and save the child. Both stay up comforting the child until the dawn.

Revealing that he had snapped one of the “ monster ‘s ” horns off Robin realises that Professor Pyg was behind the kidnap. The two break into Pyg ‘s factory and save the girls, Robin lets Grundy leave, hoping that this time he might remember.

Years ago, Zatanna was encouraged by Zatara to experience Halloween in the area, rather than immediately teleporting back to the city. Zatanna finds a haystack Halloween ride and two children, an older brother and a younger daughter, the brother conspired with his friend to make Sammie ( his sister ) war cry so they could leave her behind. Zatanna uncovers their plan and animates the masks to terrify the boys while she consoles Sammie and transforms the hayride into the attraction of her imagination. All the while, Zatara watches from his magic testis.
